This week, thus far, has been horrible in the healthy lifestyle realm. I'm talking donuts, cookies, and I just don't even care.
To make myself feel better about losing my healthy eating mojo this week, I'm trying to do extra workouts with my Insanity DVD. Not necessarily harder workouts, but more repetition.
Hey, everybody has a bad week right? I'll jump back on my noble steed next week... I will say this. I've noticed almost a complete difference in my energy levels by not eating healthy. My energy is zapped and I'm so sleepy. I guess the fruits, proteins, and healthy carbs are actually better than those delicious Dunkin Donuts' donut... Darn it all!
Side note: I'm flossing my teeth more. Does that count for something??
Pictures of pizza always get me... ugh they just look so good!! Don't worry we all have weeks we just need the extra comfort of that thing we're "not supposed to have". :)

DeleteThis has been me for the last 2 weeks! I think I am finally pulling out of this "funk", but ice cream and I have been way too good of friends lately ;)

I agree so much! Oreo's and I are having an affair... Shhh.... It's amazing how much of a difference healthier foods can make in our energy levels. Thank you for the support and good luck on yours as well!
