Earlier last week, I consulted my all-knowing make-up guru fraaanndd for some tips on making my face look more alive. Especially during Sessions.
Ashley really does know her stuff and we decided to take a little field trip to Ulta to see what we could snag for my face.
I was looking for a few things:
- A moisturizer to "brighten" my face
- Concealer that will actually work
- A primer to also help brighten my face and hold my make-up in place
I'll have a post about these 3 items in particular: what I bought; what I think about them; and if they're worth your money/time. So stick around folks!
**There may be a make-up tutorial in the works with these new additions to show ya'll how they are used and the final results. I can't wait to share!
I desperately need someone to tell me what kind and how to apply makeup correctly. YouTube videos are not cutting it anymore ;)
ReplyDeleteI agree! I have watched so many YouTube videos and I just can't recreate it. Hopefully, Ashley can get me on the right track and I'll share the secrets and tips with ya'll ;)
DeleteOooh cant wait- I don't know anything about makeup so this will be a good lesson!
ReplyDeleteYou and me both! I'll be a soaking up all the knowledge and tips as Ashley teaches me tricks. I can't wait to share with ya'll!
DeleteI'm obsessed with ULTA!! It's seriously one of my favorite stores, their makeup is fabulous and really affordable. I look forward to reading what you think about these products. I think it's so important to take care of your skin and keep it looking glowing and radiant. Using lots of moisturizer and makeup with SPF protection is a great place to start.
