spunky Wednesday is that
- The clock would slow down a weeee little bit for me to get some extra shut eye
- Because 1. will never happen, I wish I could become a better morning person.
I would love to be
that person that can just roll out of bed at o-dark-thirty to go work out, work on blog stuff, prepare gourmet breakfasts, whatever it is
that person does. Alas, I cannot do that because I love my pillow way too much.
And my dog keeps my biscuits (feet) warm. It's a tough life, ya'll.
OMGGGG puppy is just too cute, you can't get out of bed like that!!
ReplyDeleteYour dog is ADORABLE. I wouldn't want to stop cuddling with him either!
ReplyDeleteO-dark-thirty....love it! I wish I could get more shuteye too....somehow it never works that way so I end up getting up and starting my day at the crack of dawn. there are days where I am so productive then there are days where I can barely string a thought together. You win some, you lose some right? Thanks for linking up with me!
ReplyDeleteAwww...don't you wish you could be a dog and just lounge all day?!? I'm always so jealous when I leave for work and there are the dogs just lying there. It's a rough life.
ReplyDeleteWhen I worked my corporate job and had to get up every morning at 5:30 or 6am, I wasn't a morning person either. AT ALL. And now that I'm no longer in said corporate job and can sleep in? Wouldn't you know I'm typically up every morning at the crack of dawn? I don't know if I'd call myself a "morning person" yet, but I think I'm slowly making my way there.
ReplyDeleteI am right there with you, I wish time would slow down during the night so I could actually catch up on my sleep. Happy Wednesday doll.

I am not a morning person either!! I am always up between 5 and 6 because little one doesn't understand mommy wants more face time with her pillow, but I don't roll out all chipper and raring to go. I groan and run my eyes and stumble out of bed, and try to smile at her while I think 'coffee. coffee. coffee....' haha. But my guess is half of it is the desire to change attitude - I bet if I told myself I want to wake up in a good mood, and started by saying a little prayer of thankfulness or something positive like that before I even open my eyes, it would probably set me off right for the day ahead. Maybe!
ReplyDeletePS - love your doggy!! Too sweet, keeping your toes warm :) Harder to get out of bed in winter then I bet :)
I go through spurts where I can wake up early but as soon as I sleep in ONE day, I can't do it anymore. I can't get up before 7 lately and I was doing so well with 5:30 for a while. Ugh. And I've taken up coffee again.
